My experience with beauty supplements

I’ve experimented with beauty supplements in the past – mostly biotin-heavy hair, skin and nail formulations. Generally, these products quickly make my nails stronger and shinier. Although they take longer to have any effect on my skin and hair. The natural result is that I get tired of waiting for that improvement and give up.
